This website will help you, in a practical way, on your path to healing.

You are free to contribute along the way, and edit this website as you see fit. Please accept that your input may be edited further by us or other users.

To get started on your journey of healing, take these steps;

  • Find a GP or Naturopath which has been trained in the work of Dr. Walsh and Dr. Pfeiffer
  • Read the following books: (while these books have 'Brain' in the title, they reference many other areas of health also)
    • "Nutrient Power: Heal Your Biochemistry and Heal Your Brain" by William J. Walsh
    • "Why Isn't My Brain Working?" by Dr. Datis Kharrazian
  • Get blood and urine tests done as prescribed by your GP (found in first step above). Ask to include at least the following;
    • Urinary Pyrrole (Other names; Mauve Factor, uHPL, Kryptopyrrole test)
      • US: <info to add>
      • AU: strong recommendation to use Applied Analytical Laboratories Pty Ltd and would caution against using SAFE Analytical Laboratories
        • The staff at Applied Analytical Laboratories are very friendly, efficient/fast, and the reports are clear and detailed
        • Doing the test via Laverty Pathology (charge should be $95 as per their national pricing; $75 for the lab test + $20 for the handling) is much cheaper then using Douglas HM Pathology which charges $138.50 per test
    • Full copper tests <info to add>
  • Make a baseline "how I feel" chart, with at least 6 indicators, preferably before starting any supplements or treatment
    • For example, include "mental", "physical", "energy", "spiritually", "connection with others", "at work", "feeling", "sickness"
      • There is no new age thinking here; "energy" simply refers to how energised you felt during the day, etc.
    • Also include some symptom specific items as they relate to you, for example "anxiety", "frustration", "anger", "hyper activity", etc.
    • Spent some time evaluating the last 6-12 months of your life and choose the indicators as specifically and perhaps semi-broadly as possible. This will help later
    • Rate each of them on a scale from 0-100, or use 0-5 if 0-100 is too detailed for you. This will help track progress later
  • Pray and ask God for help. He will help you. Many can attest of this
